You are invited to submit an abstract for the international Spring Week. The abstract needs to fall within the general theme. Submissions may not have been presented or submitted for presentation elsewhere.

All abstracts should be in English. Abstracts will be published in the “Book of Abstracts” with the final programme.

Process:

Abstract submission closes on 12 July 2024. Submitted abstracts will undergo a peer review process, and authors will be notified of the outcome by 26 July 2024.

Acknowledgement of receipt of abstracts

Within five working days of successful abstract submission, an e-mail will be sent to the presenting author(s) to acknowledge receipt. The author(s) will also be provided with an abstract number that should be quoted in all further correspondence.
