Parys is a beautifully quaint little Free State Town, and we understand the appeal of staying in town rather than at the conference venue. However, we would like to encourage you to stay at the venue and rather take a drive into town to relax, than staying in town and driving to the venue, as it is administratively less complex with less room for error.

We encourage non-presenters to attend the conference as well. Please take note, however, that anyone attending the conference has to register and pay accordingly. Even if they will not be presenting themselves, catering and venue fees need to be covered.
