Bathandekile Myeni, born in Tembisa, earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University in 2014. In 2017, she completed a Certificate in Project Management, further enhancing her expertise in administrative and leadership roles. She also holds a TEFL Certificate from North-West University and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).

Her career began with a temporary administrative position in Sandton. This initial experience provided her with the skills and confidence to excel in her field.

In February 2023, she joined the NWU School of Music as an Administrative Assistant. She continues to leverage her expertise to support the school’s operations and contribute to its success.

A polyglot, Bathandekile understands all 11 of South Africa's official languages and is fluent in six of them. Her diverse skills and experiences, combined with her educational background, make her a versatile and valuable asset in any environment.

As she continues to build on her experience and education, she remains committed to making a significant impact in her field and achieving her long-term career goals.
