Guitar students get the opportunity to learn their instrument, perform in regular concerts, and to participate in national eisteddfods and competitions. The BMus programme also includes modules in classical guitar methodology where students can learn teaching principles, the history and repertoire of the instrument, and the technical requirements of mastering the classical guitar.
Guitar students also form ensemble combinations with each other, from duo to larger groups. Students are encouraged to perform in ensembles with singers and other instruments and they have regular performance opportunities.
